Kilsyth Football Netball Club is proud to announce the 2026 Senior Women’s coaching team, led by Head Coach Shilette with Assistant Coaches Brock, Kris, and Roi.
This marks an exciting milestone for the Club, with Shilette becoming Kilsyth’s first female head coach – a reflection of the club’s ongoing commitment to growth, inclusivity, and progress both on and off the field.
This experienced and passionate group bring a wealth of knowledge from Senior playing and coaching ranks, including experience in both the VFLW foundation years and local Senior football environments. Together, they have been part of teams at every stage, from building foundations to achieving success, giving them a deep understanding of what drives performance, unity, and growth.
With a strong focus on player development, club culture, and enjoyment, the coaching group is committed to fostering an environment where every player can develop their skills, football IQ, and confidence. They believe that sustained success is built on the back of a strong, positive culture, and will work closely with every player to ensure growth and success for all.
Looking ahead, the coaches share an exciting vision for Kilsyth, one that continues to strengthen the program and move towards the goal of establishing two competitive teams within the club.
