Tonight we hosted the last Cougar Academy session for 2025. Thanks to all involved the girls have had a great time, learning and developing their footy skills.
A big thanks to some of the girls from Eastern Ranges for coming down tonight to assist with the warm up and some drills.
We ended the session with a challenge to knock Troy or Greg over with hip and shoulder. Think we will have 2 site coaches tomorrow!
We finished the night with a sausage sizzle and drink.
