Victorian Government have announced that Round 9 of the Get Active Kids Voucher Program is now open for voucher and reimbursement applications!
IMPORTANT DATES
Round 9 closing date: 13 November 2025 or earlier if the budget allocation is fully exhausted.
Reimbursement expenditure dates: 1 July 2025 to submission of application.
Vouchers expiry date: Wednesday 31 December 2025.
INFORMATION FOR VOUCHER APPLICANTS
If you have not paid for your child’s activity, you can apply for a voucher here: https://www.getactive.vic.gov.au/vouchers/apply-for-vouchers/
Use your voucher for a summer sport or term-based activity.
Present your voucher code to your activity provider when you pay to reduce fees.
Choose your provider carefully – we cannot change or reissue vouchers to a different activity provider.
Round 10 of the Program will open in February 2026 for winter sports.
Families will be able to apply for a voucher in both Round 9 and Round 10.

Our reimbursement form has a new look. You will no longer need to create an account, so make sure you have all documents ready to complete the application in a single session.
